Shipping and Returns Policy

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

We attempt to ship all orders that are placed on our website by 1:00 p.m. (PST) on the same day. All other orders should ship within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and days on which our carriers will not accept shipments).

Default shipping method is USPS ground. If expedited shipping is needed, please select USPS priority or reach out to us directly.

Typically, items shipped to the lower 48 states by USPS) arrive within 6 business days.

When we process your order for shipment, we will email you with your tracking number as long as you have provided us with your email address.

In rare instances, packages may be delayed by our carriers for a variety of reasons including weather, natural disasters, and conditions beyond their control.

 Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you ordered, simply return them to us within 30 days of the delivery date, once received we will credit you for what was returned, less the shipping charges.  Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

The following exceptions to this return/exchange policy apply:

  • Clothing that has been washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products that are special-ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products that have been used and cannot be resold as new.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please take photos of the damaged package and contact our Customer Service Department by email at bnrtacklesales@gmail.com within five business days of receiving a damaged shipment.

If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact your local Post Office and let them know of your lost package. Once you have received information from them, please email us at bnrtacklesales@gmail.com.

Domestic Shipping Information

Standard Shipping:

Our Standard shipping method may be from the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Typical delivery time for fast standard shipping is between 1 and 6 business days depending on your shipping location.

Light or small items are usually shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority mail, and heavier items are usually shipped by UPS.

      • Delivery dates are business days only and do not include Saturday, Sunday, holidays or dates in which UPS or USPS are not working.
      • Orders received after 1:00 p.m. (PST) may ship the next business day.
      • Guaranteed shipping dates are valid for in-stock items only. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you promptly.
      • For prompt delivery of expedited orders, please ensure that someone will be available at your shipping location to receive your order. If your mailing address is a post office box, please also include a physical address, because UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box.

International Shipping Information

In some instances, international packages may be delayed by our carriers for a variety of reasons, including weather, natural disasters, and conditions beyond their control. Some international orders may experience occasional to severe shipping delays.

Shipment method, tracking, and delivery times:

For orders outside the United States, we ship by USPS Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International.  If you would like it shipped another way, please email us at bnrtacklesales@gmail.com.  Understand that UPS/FedEx international shipping methods may require you to pay additional duties, taxes, and import fees.

If a tracking number is available for your order, we will provide that tracking number to you when your order ships.

The approximate delivery times for the international shipping methods we use are not guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.

    • USPS Priority Mail International: 6 - 30 business days
    • Priority Mail Express International: 3 - 15 business days

Shipment costs:

For all orders shipping outside the United States, the shipping cost for your order, for each method available, will be shown during checkout. However, as explained above, even though you may be able to select a particular method when placing your order, we may not be able to ship your order as soon as it is placed.

Duties, taxes, and import fees:

On all international orders delivered outside the United States, the purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees that may be charged upon receipt.

Because we do not collect duties, taxes, or import fees, you may be charged those expenses when your order is ready for delivery in your country.

We are required to declare the actual value of all international orders on the shipment documents.
